Coaching gives you the support you need to make changes and live a more fulfilled, vibrant and resilient life by:

How the process works


Step One: Sign up for your Free 20-Minute Discovery Session. We will briefly discuss what you’re wanting support with and determine which package would best suit your needs.

Step Two: You will receive a link to select and purchase the package of your choice.

Step Three: You will receive a link to my online calendar to schedule your sessions.

  • Each session will be held virtually online, in person, or via telephone. The link for your sessions will be sent to you via email.
  • Your sessions are a safe and confidential space for you to experiment with change and connect your  goals to your long-term vision.
  • I will provide you with positive support and accountability so you can see what you have achieved and the distance you have come.

Personal Coaching Packages

Initial 90-Minute Mapping Session
In this session, we will map out a plan tailored specifically to suit you. As is appropriate, we look at: 

  • Short- and Long-term goals
  • Your comprehensive lifestyle and health history overview
  • Your eating habits and preferences
  • Your personal strengths and personality
  • Life challenges
  • And more!

Follow-up Sessions
The total number of sessions is determined by you. In each of your follow-up sessions we will connect to make sure you’re on track with:

  • Moving forward and making progress
  • Looking at ways to deal with challenges or obstacles
  • Examining areas or goals you may want to tweak to meet your needs
  • Making sure your goals are still relevant to your long-term vision
  • And more

Focus Coaching

  • One, 90-minute initial session
  • One, 45-60 minute followup session

This may be for you if you feel like you just need to get out of your head and brainstorm about a project or goal with someone who is:

  • Unbiased
  • Trained in helping you get clarity
  • Experienced in helping you get focused quickly
  • Skilled in helping you establish realistic steps to achieve goals

Small Group Coaching

Small group education and coaching is great for those who want to connect with others around similar topics or challenges, get extra support and overcome them together.

Complete this form if you’re interested in joining a small group or putting together your own group regarding specific areas of interest.

I will meet you where you are, with no judgement, to help you building healthy foundations through lifestyle changes of your choice. You don’t need to commit to restrictive diets, excessive work out routines, or try to measure up to lofty expectations. My role is to help you define realistic goals, and the steps to get you there.

What if you “fail”? That’s OK! I’ll help you find what’s getting in the way, and we’ll make progress together. One step at a time.
